The International Public Policy ForumThe International Public Policy Forum (IPPF) is the only contest that gives high school students the opportunity to participate in written and oral debates on issues of public policy. This contest is open to schools across the world free of charge.

A Universal Debate Competition

The IPPF welcomes debaters from around the world – and from a wide spectrum of debate and forensic events. Every debater is invited to participate in the IPPF. The 2009-10 topic is, “Resolved: The United Nations should substantially increase humanitarian assistance for persons living in poverty.”
