On March 27-28, IDEA will host a debate workshop and mini-tournament in Vilnius for university students. The event will focus on British Parliamentary debate and will work to improve participants' debating and judging skills. Theory and practice will be experienced side-by-side, with workshops and feedback combined to offer a unique learning experience.
The training will be held by top international trainers, judges and debaters. Participants will enjoy a mixture of individual, group, and team coaching. The tournament will then give participants an opportunity to test out their new debate skills. When speakers are eliminated from the competition, they will become adjudicators, participating in the remainder of the tournament from a whole new angle.
