1. Form a team
2. Register your team
3. Hold a public debate between March 1st and March 31st on this topic:
“Developed countries have a higher obligation to combat climate change.”
4. Complete and document a service project
5. Add point activities such as video PSAs, blogs, letters to the editor, etc.
