The International Public Policy Forum (IPPF) is the only contest that gives high school students the opportunity to participate in written and oral debates on issues of public policy. It's a one of a kind universal debate competition! The IPPF welcomes debaters from around the world – and from a wide spectrum of debate and forensic events. Every debater is invited to participate in the IPPF. The 2009-10 topic is, “Resolved: The United Nations should substantially increase humanitarian assistance for persons living in poverty.”
